PRINCESS@SEA: Everything at your fingertips... while on board the 

Ruby Princess cruise ship. You will have access to PRINCESS@SEA

which connects to your personal electronic device with the Ruby Princess

ship’s Wi-Fi. No cellular or data charges required and it operates in 

“Airplane Mode”. 

Be advised that some portions of PRINCESS@SEA requires the creation of a user ID and password before proceeding. These include My Stateroom Account and My Cruise Planner which can be found on the Home Page.

Once you are on board, you can create an account and then open your browser and PRINCESS@SEA will be the default page that appears. Type in your browser “ruby.princess.com”  and then you can begin to explore:

HOME: Shows a sampling of today’s events while welcoming you to the next port

of call or encouraging you to enjoy your day at sea.

EVENTS: Show casing the current events and activities available to you throughout 

the ships.

INTERNET: Connecting to the internet is easy via Princess@Sea.

Pre-Paid Gratuity for Our Group

In speaking with Alex the decision was made to implement a Pre-Paid Gratuity for our group. The main reason for this decision was so that our Late Seating Dining would allow us to not have to have pre-assigned seating for our group. Allowing us the freedom to sit where there is an opening or to adjust our table seating on days that there might be openings due to our group members having chosen to not dine with us that night or their decision to partake in a speciality restaurant for that evening.

You may pre-pay your gratuities with Alex with your cruise balance or contact her directly for another date for payment arrangement.

The gratuity payment is based on the category of your stateroom and they are as noted below:

$12 per person per day Mini-Suites & Suites

$11.50 per person per day All Other Staterooms

This gratuity will be shared amongst those staff who help provide and support your cruise experience, including all waitstaff, stateroom stewards, buffet stewards and housekeeping staff across the fleet.
